 Women Anew Conference 2009 Minimize

Our Guest Speaker this year

Mary Whelchel,  President and Founder of The Christian Working Women. The purpose of The Christian Working Woman is to equip and encourage Christians in the workplace to love Christ more and to demonstrate this love by applying biblical principles to their lives and utilizing their gifts and abilities to build His kingdom. www.christianworkingwoman.org

Concert on Saturday Evening, October 31, 2009 will be by Kim Tabor
of Tabor Ministries. www.taborministries.org

Kim and BrianTabor grew up surrounded by music. Whether singing in high school musicals, performing in bands or worshiping through their home churches, God used these experiences to draw each of them closer to Him, develop their skills, and grow their love for music. God eventually led them from their hometowns (Brian from Evansville, Ind., and Kim from Cleveland, Ohio) to enroll as students at Anderson University in Anderson, Ind., and it was here where they would meet while studying and performing in a variety of student music groups. After graduating with music degrees, Brian and Kim were married and began their lives together.

As Kim developed her singing and performing-working with such names as Sandi Patty and Bill Gaither, Brian became nationally recognized as a leading Minister of Worship through experiences in large church settings and in many conferences and conventions. These opportunities and God's direction led Brian and Kim to full time concert ministry in 2001.

 Our Conference Ministry Minimize

INVITE  A FRIEND!….CAR POOL….COME BY BUS

Women Anew is a women's ministry dedicated to helping women grow in their relationship with Christ. Through an annual conference ministry, Women Anew helps "re-new" today's Christian woman in mind and spirit.

Women Anew is conference ministry led by women for women.
Founded in 1973, as a non-denominational and non-profit organization.

Our mission is to help guide women in experiencing an authentic
relationship with Jesus Christ and assist them in becoming obedient
followers of the Word of God.

We feel that we can best fulfill this mission
by accomplishing the following:

  • Helping women understand how they can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is life changing.
  • Offer knowledge and insight that will assist women in renewing a relevant spiritual foundation, personal growth, and the confidence of God’s presence in this ever-changing world.
  • Provide a safe and comfortable environment where women can experience community and support.
  • Create opportunities and challenges that will assist women in
impacting the lives of others in their homes, their churches,
    their communities and their world.
